Job description:

- management: rented real estate, office supplies, car fleet, service provide

- supervision of the circulation of warehouse and transport documentation

- preparation of financial reports and analyzes

- management of receivables - set up and securing of credit lines for Partners, optimization of payment terms, debt collection

- management of trade payables (TP) and others - TP settlement in accordance with the due dates

- cooperation with accounting company

- relationships with the bank - operating costs analysis, fundrising

(submitting an application for loans, leasing etc)

​ Requirement:

- a master degree, preferably in economics areas;

- a few years of work experience (finance, logistics, administration, IT)

- knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and MS Office

- highly developed analytical skills and high synthesis skills;

- highly developed written and verbal communication skills to motivate, influence and negotiate,

- excellent written and spoken English
